Title: Controlling side panels

I recall an option whereby only one side panel would be open at a time. For example. if you have the metadata panel open and then open the keywording panel, the metadata panel automatically closes. But I have looked all over for this option without success. Help!

Right click the panel header and activate "Solo Mode".
