Sunset at Playa de Portizuelo, in Asturias. To get that close to the arch with the right amount of water, you need to wade a bit in the ocean timing your visit when the tide is just about right around sunset :) Hasselblad X1D, Hasselblad XCD 30mm, and my beloved Formatt-Hitech Firecrest Ultra filters.

Beautifully captured seaside scene with incredible rock formations. The birds add the special icing.

It's like a McDonalds M... they should definitely pay you. :o

Well done.

I like the intense glow behind the arches. The birds give a good idea of the scale and also add some life to this mineral world.
One nit, I see some haloes on the ridgeline (left side of the image) although it could be a jpeg compression issue…
Well done!

Thank you very much Les, glad you enjoyed it! :) And yes, it was a pretty patient seagull, it kept still for all our session there, and the four of us made a bit of noise too. He is probably used to pose!
Quite lovely.
Thank you very much Eric! :)

I should try that! It will go nicely towards getting whatever next thing Hasselblad has in store for us... ;)
Well done.
Thank you very much Paulo! :)

Thank you very much Francois, glad you enjoyed it! :) About the halo, it is the combination of the jpg compression on a high contrast area, it doesn't show on the full-sized photo :)
thank you for sharing Vieri. ever a pleasure.
