Title: Waterfalls & Streams of the Quinault Rain Forest
Post by: muralin on April 21, 2019, 05:37:45 pm
Quinault Rain Forest gets bypassed by tourists who folk to its bigger sibling, the Hoh, it has a few small but beautiful waterfalls and creeks/streams. I spent a day there earlier this week and hardly saw anybody. Mid April thru early May is a great time to experience the grandeur of Quinault. Here is the image of Gatton Creek Falls. You can see the other falls and streams with location data at Waterfalls and Streams of the Quinault Rain Forest (https://muralipix.com/2019/04/19/waterfalls-streams-of-the-quinault-rain-forest/).

Thanks for your post. We stayed at a lodge in the Quinault Rain Forest and were very impressed with its beauty. I found photo locations that were IMHO better than the Hoh Rain Forest. Merriman Falls was my kind of a hike, about 10 yards from the parking area.
