So my annual membership had expired a few weeks back due to an old credit card number. I updated it, but I don't see any way to actually trigger the renewal now that my new info is correct. Am I missing something obvious?

I think there is no renewal as such. You just subscribe again.

Tried that. No luck. I get this screen, and as per instructions updated my payment info, which is now current. Then... nothing?

This reminds me: despite being logged into LuLa (both the main site and the Forum) and having automatically re-up'd my subscription c. January of this year, the attached image shows what I currently see when I attempt to read an article. I seem to be in a quantum superposition of (LuLa member + LuLa visitor). ;D

Still no response to my issue.

^ Sorry Joe, both Irene and Chris Batt are looking into all outstanding tickets and the issue of subscription renewal. We migrated the site, and have been undergoing a lot of updates. I hope to see your issue resolved tomorrow or next day.
Aswell, I believe Chris Batt will join us on the forum to get a better picture of any outstanding issues and enter the conversation going forward.
