Both shot with my Chamonix 8x10 with HP5+ film developed in LC29

So annoying, while we are discussing pixels this guy creeps up and takes extraordinary pictures. And without even paying a model.

I like black and white photos of flowers, and these are very good - particularly the second.

Yeah, I do something like that too.
Except I've regressed even further than using film.

Out of curiosity have you use any luminosity masks to help the gradations of light and shadows on the pedals?

Both are beautiful! I like the Frangi panni. I once lived in the tropics and had a neighbour with a tree that produced flowers such as yours.
