Oh what majesty. Crop out the blue area and a touch on the right- whatever amount you discern to complete a balanced look. The idea is to create an implied circle shape with the shape and movement of the bird and its wings. Removing the blue eliminates distraction and allows us to concentrate on the soaring movement of the eagle. Still leaves lots of scope for freedom of movement.

Not enough of the image to crop? I like the contrast between the blue and the bird. A fine image as it is.

As I always say you can crop any image seven ways to Sunday, or not. Of course this is a fine image as is. My suggestion is based on creating a more dynamic movement and tension within the picture space. Something like this, which you can see is not that different from original. But critique should be nuanced.
