I have to say though, I don't think is the artist is doing that beautiful girl justice.

Thats an interesting point. The expression may have been totally fleeting, and may have been there for a nano second. A photo will capture that. The artist absolutely missed that while mixing color and loading his brush...I know this pain!

It looks like the painter missed a lot of things. The painting doesn't much resemble the woman.
