Title: Epson 9800 stops printing on wrong area.
Post by: JohnBeasley on December 06, 2018, 03:24:27 pm
This has been a bit of a random intermittent issue for me for the last while but today, its after costing me a bit...
I am trying to print a 5ft long pano, I have setup a custom page size to accommodate it, I have set up a template for the page to match that size, but when I print, it reverts back to the previous sized page (which was about 3ft long) and cuts my print off there.

Normally if this happens, I shut down LR and the printer and when I reboot the gremlins are gone on their merry way, but today that didnt work.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Im using LR on a mac (10.12.6) and an epson 9800

Printing in 16 bit, or with Fine Details, used to give my 9900 fits like this. I think it related to mass of data being spooled.

Did you manage to come up with a work around?

Yes, eliminated 16 bit for large prints.
