This is a Leica 1.4x APO Extender R #11249, boxed, in mint condition. I bought this extender/teleconverter to use with my Hasselblad X1D camera and Leica R 180mm lens. It can be adapted to a wide variety of DSLRs, mirrorless and video cameras.
