Sometimes when I’m printing, I’ll want to stop the printer from finishing the print for whatever reason. I’ll cancel the printing either from the control panel or the print utility.
The problem is: When I next want to print the original print that I stopped printing is still in line to be printed and I can not delete it so the printer will print it along with another print(s) of my choosing.
How do I delete this image from being printed?
Help will be much appreciated.

You can delete any prints directly from the front panel of the printer (This is for Z3200ps - not sure if the same for 24" Z3100).
GO TO:
Job Management Menu>
Job Queue>
Choose the image that is in the queue to be deleted (press enter)
>Delete

I have had the same problem with my z3200. I've found I can empty the queue by powering down both the printer and computer and restarting them. Good luck.
