Title: epson 2400 problem

When printing images from my 2400 the prints have ink smudges along the top and the left border.I am using commercial ICC profiles. This happens when using Epson papers as well as all other papers. Has anyone experienced this problem? See the attached image. Thanks for your help, Mary Pat
