Title: Can't subscribe/renew

I keep getting this error mesage:
"ERROR: You already have a subscription to this Membership. Please update your payment details on the existing subscription instead of purchasing again."

I've updated my info several times, yet I can't read any articles. I get a message about subscribing. When I click the subscribe link it tells me I have a subscription, but have to update my info. I update the info and around and around we go.

Is there a solution?

The solution for any issues like this is to use the green ? HELP button on the front page. Fill out the issue there with your logo info etc. Then Debra can look into the issue. Usually these things are easy to fix. The forum is not monitored for these issues and thus response can be slowed down.  I’ll share this with Debra but she may need more info.
