Hope this thread can serve as a reference for people on leaf color progression this fall.

--Northern Illinois is showing color change in 25% of trees expecting 10/12/2018 to near peak.--

I will be in the Upper Michigan Peninsula this weekend and will report back.

We drove the south end of the Blue Ridge Parkway 9/29/18 and colors were just beginning to change.  Mainly dogwoods at the time.  Still quite warm in the south, but temps cooling later this week.

Upper Michigan Peninsula Colors are perfect and in Peak as of Oct. 9th. Lots of water flow in all waterfalls due to the heavy rains. Lake Superior is high.
