Title: Eliptical Marquee Tool - Adjusting size after selection?
Post by: Dinarius on October 06, 2018, 09:59:46 am
Windows 10 / Photoshop CS6

I'm doing the following to select a perfect circle (an overhead shot of a bowl)

1. Select Eliptical Marquee tool.
2. Holding down Alt/Shift simultaneously, and starting the EM tool's cursor in the middle of the bowl, I drag and draw a selection around the bowl.
3. Using Up/Down arrow keys I then nudge the circle into position over the bowl.

What I want to know is this: if the circle isn't exactly the diameter of the bowl (which is what I want it to be) how can I re-select my EM tool's selection and make the cirlce bigger or smaller?

So far, I've been making a mental note of a the size of a circle selection and making a new one slightly bigger or smaller. But, I'd like to be able to re-size an existing selection.

Thanks.
