Title: Please Help I Can't subscribe

Hi,

I can login to the forum fine but on the main website I cannot subscribe or register - it recognises my user and email address. From reading the faqs there are two databases, one for the main website and one for the forum. Apparently sometimes gremlins get in them and cause havoc. I'm hoping somebody can please shoo them out so that I can then subscribe. Could someone please help?

On the main site, use the Help button to contact customer service. This will get the fastest response.
