Hello
I'have recently upgraded from a Sinar X to a Sinar P3 and I'm looking for ways of holding the flash radio trigger.
It's connected to the back but at the moment it's hanging, and I really don't like that.
In the Sinar X, the grove on the side of the frames allowed to fix some accessories. That grove does not exist on the P3, so do you have any suggestions on how to hold/support/ place a radio trigger?
Thank you

Not sure how much of the rest if the compendium shade is needed to attach it, but according to this (http://www.capturescanprint.com/sinar_accessories.html) site (click on “Bellows Lens Shade”) Sinar part number 531.61.000 is an accessory shoe that looks like it attaches to the front standard

Thank you Matted
I have seen the accessory for sale but didn't understand how it was placed on the camera. This gives me some ideas.

Hi, Fernando,
The "Accessory shoe" is placed on the "Rod holder 100" (very expensive), p3 has no other socket such as the p2/X frame.
On ebay you can find, though not often, such small Sinar accessories at very good prices.
A good, cheaper, alternative is this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sinar-Rod-Accessory-Holder/142937102470?hash=item2147b71886:g:ljYAAOSwKu5bmoTX
On the rail, you can place any hot shoe or radio trigger or other accessory with thread.
The cheapest solution is any small clamp with threaded or socket for spigot 1/4".
You can download the p3df manual and Sinar's 2018 EU price catalog (the "S" codes are the new Leica codes), here:

Hi Chris
Thank you for the detailed information. The manual is very basic and doesn't go into detail on the accessories, and since they are really expensive, it's very difficult to determine the right solution.
When you say " On the rail" do you mean the Rail track? It has a female thread for the cap.
Thanks,
Fernando

Thank you for the image. I've been trying to find out how that works and that image shows it clearly.
Can I ask you if you can show me the other side, from the front of the camera?
Thank you
Fernando
