Title: Columnar Jointing Deschutes River

While rafting the Deschutes River, OR I was lucky enough to find these basalt columns in the shade.  Yes this was hand held.

Also, the stains make a fine abstract.

Nice catch of those distinctive basalt columns. I love the Deschutes. (And can see it from my house.)
