I can not get the current and target luminance to be within tolerance when i calibrate my crt. The crt recommended figure is 100cdm2 and the current luminance turns out between 119 and 130 cdm2. I follow all the advanced instructions with the latest imatch software, so any ideas?

On a CRT this should not be a problem - just turn down the contrast until you get the desired value, then of course, adjust brightness to get your black point, then re-adjust contrast etc.
fwiw I find 100 way too bright for print matching and adjust to a max luminance of 85 cdm2, dimly lit room.
