Title: Hasselblad Lens Advice

I’m new to Hasselblad and medium format film photography with a 503CX and a 50mm Distagon lens.  I’ve been using this combination for a while but noticed today that I cant get the full range of shutter speeds. I can only get between 1/4 and 1/8 at the low end and between 1/125th and 1/250th at the top top end.

Any suggestions?

Where would I have to send the lens to get it fixed? I’m in Pennsylvania BTW

Any help will be appreciated.
