Living relatively near the certainly ocean has its perks. It can be gruesomely hot and sticky in town but, sometimes, cooling mists or fog are just a short drive away. I take pictures; my wife breathes in the air and the local scenery and says "This is good for my soul". Here are a few snaps from a couple of recent drives.

A few more snaps.

Very nice set. I especially like the last one but the other ones are more tranquil…

Lovely set.
It makes me yearn to get back to Nova Scotia soon.

Thank-you, gentlemen. Eric, though you would be more familiar with the Lunenburg surrounds, you might recognize the LaHave Bakery building in the first shot, and the Rissers Beach boardwalk in the fourth.

Love the place. Love the images.
Drove around the Cabot trail, a few years back. Had a wonderful time.
Thank you for sharing.

Right! LaHave has great coffee and baked goods. I always find an excuse to stop there when I am in the vicinity.
Funny thing is, I felt that I recognized the building in the first image and the board walk in the fourth, but I didn't quite pin them down. Thanks for the identifications.
