and I know fireworks aren't particularly difficult but I shot these at ISO 80, 9-10 seconds at f/22

We have so many news leaks here I sometimes wonder if I've wandered into a Men's restroom at the county fair.

In my neighborhood we don't get much visually from July 4th "celebrating" but sonically it's a week's worth of bangin' & boomin'. :)

Not sure what the 4th of July means in the rest of the world, here in my little corner it was the day in 1879 that marked the final set battle of the Zulu empire against England. The attached is from the site where the forces met. There has been no fireworks seen there since that day.
