Title: Non paying account holder trying to pay

I've had an account for years and now wish to sell some items. I'm trying to register and am told I already have an account but given no option to upgrade and pay.

If you are having problems please go to the home page and on the bottom right click on the help button.  Fill in the details etc and then someone will get back to you and fix any issues you are having.
