We have just published on the home page the next in the series of Shooting with The Masters. In this part, there are two videos. One where Charlie is working on an image called Rockspine and another where Charlie and Kevin discuss the images he made during their time together. We hope you enjoy these two videos. You can find them HERE (https://luminous-landscape.com/shooting-with-the-masters-charles-cramer-part-7/)

I think you'd already published the Rockspine video.
In any case this has been a great series! Beyond the technical you embraced and highlighted the artistic expression throughout this series. I enjoyed the comment that Charlie made on there being many right answers when it comes to art.

"I think you'd already published the Rockspine video."
I believe the previous one was called Rock Face

Congratulations on this great series Kevin, I learned so much following Charlie's process and technique. Glad I'm a paying member of Lula - absolutely worth it. Looking forward to more of these!

'Rockspine' was in the Video section since I made it available in the series by numbered order (to avoid confusion), but Kevin had not 'officially' announced it on the site.

Thanks, Chris. I was starting to think maybe I was in some kind of temporal warp. ;D

A standing ovation for this series! When real learning and entertainment merge, it’s a wonderful thing. Thanks to Charles, Kevin and Chris for making this happen.

Many thanks for all the feedback. The best is yet to come IMO - with Charlie at his piano!

Let me echo all of the positive statements made in regard to the Charlie Cramer/Kevin Raber series.
I have not only enjoyed the series, but have learned a lot about looking and seeing and developing a print.
I now look forward to Charlie at his grand piano for a grand finale.
With my thanks to LuLa.

Ditto!

Hey Kevin, cool shots. That odd ropy textured Redwood Tree that you took a close-up of is due to a lightning strike on the backside of that tree. If you climb around back you can see where it was hit and the texture that you photographed radiates directly out of that.

Wow this series gives new meaning to the luminous landscape. Learned much. What subtle changes but what an impact. I now see why Charlie's printing workshops fill up. Thanks.
