Rob recently put up a link to a display of Lee Friedlander's work and as I'm referencing the photographer, the link is below:

It was nice to reacquaint myself with Friedlander's photography, which I think is as great as anyones' from that era. But I had forgotten his "self-portrait" shadow on the desert floor and by coincidence, about 5 weeks ago I took my own shadow's photo on the desert floor.
