Title: Photomerge keeps killing Photoshop
Post by: skibum187 on September 25, 2006, 03:52:04 pm
Ok, so I'm trying to make 3 different composite panos using photomerge. The largest one is 80 images (all JPEGs) and the smallest is 25. Every time I get everything arranged and ready in the photomerge window and then let photoshop do its thing, it gets a couple of minutes into the stitching operation and quits. So my question is... is there a max number of images that photomerge can handle or is it just that I don't have enough of something (ram, scratch disk space, whatever).
I'm using a G5 quad processor that attached to a 2.4 TB RAID (which I have set as the scratch disc), so I don't think space is the problem but am I missing something?
