Title: Black reference with Es and LCC
Post by: wing1 on January 08, 2018, 12:23:08 pm
Hello,
When I use my Alpa and I do the LCC I change the speed for a right exposure, with Es this mean to do a black reference again. This is a slow way to do. Is there an other possibility?

The DT Time Lapse Suite (https://digitaltransitions.com/dt-time-lapse-suite/) allows you to capture one dark frame and then monitor the temperature of the sensor vs the temperature the dark frame was captured at allowing you to capture a new dark frame as desired. If you purchased your back from DT feel free to contact us. Otherwise you could turn on the Aerial mode. Just make sure to discuss the workflow with your dealer so they can guide you regarding sensor temperature, applicability of a given dark frame, and how to properly manage that workflow so you don't lose any image quality.
