I cannot import images into the new version 11. When I attach my card reader as before the import window appears with my images. The 'Source' is correct and the 'Destination' is correct to 'Inside Catalog'. When I click import images the Date in recent import appears on the main page, however a 'Activities' window appears with the orange progress bar and the words 'Determining which files to import'. Once the orange progress bar has completed itself the Activities window disappears as do my images. Nothing has been imported and the import window goes away.
Any thoughts?!
Thanks, Chris

It may have to do with the new feature where you can set C1 not to import images that have previously been imported when you attach a camera or card reader. Turning that option off may fix your problem. See Page 3 of the document on duplicate importing in the release notes which can be downloaded here:

Thanks I tried that per someone else's suggestion to no avail.

Have you opened up a support case on the PhaseOne website? They are very good at getting back to you within 24 hours.

Have you tried View / Hide Browser in the menu ?

No change. I'm opening up a file with Capture One and will (hopefully) post their solution.

The folks at Phase One got back to me with a simple fix. Thank you!!
Here is their solution:
This is a bug in Capture One 11 which occur when no file naming have been set.
Just setup some kind of file naming in the import window and it will work fine.
This issue will be corrected in the next service release.
Kind Regards
