Laser Soft Imaging has released a plug in for PS for their SRDx dust & scratch removal tool.
I have been using the tool on scans, within SF8, and found it very effective. I suppose if you have legacy scans with dust issues this could save you a hundred clicks or more per image. It is not a blur filter, more like a massive spot heal tool.

Correct - and what's nice about it is that it works with all versions of Kodachrome and Black and White negs because it does not depend on infra-red detection.

Probably great for so called Camera Scans.
