Hi,
Please provide feedback on below images...interpret them the way suites to the mood.
-
The 1st is imbalanced because of the black on the bottom feft.
I prefer the 2nd one.

The black at bottom left appears to be a face (selfie?). I like the composition of the first one better with respect to the trees. But, for me, the face doesn't seem to add to the interest or the mystery or the mood of the picture.

Thanks, face included accidently...i should have cropped it out or masked it..let me try ..
-
What is your views on this reprocessed image
-
Much better balance now.
-
Not very compelling in any form
-
Thanks DougDolde,
You mean second image in both form or both image in any form are not apealing ?
-
Did you take them with a phone? Tell us what you like about them.
-
The reprocessed image shows some ill-executed botchy cloning blemishes which makes it unusable in my mind.
The composition is now best of the three, but still not very appealing
-
These are from P65+ ,
The first one was more to show tall-ness of the tree and texture of the bark, second one to induce the feeling of seeing sky in a jungle...
What could have been a better composition...I can fix patch work an all so more inclined to understand what could have been location of elements
-
Apologies, I am just a newbe and intend to learn from gurus hence request for feedback on substandard pics, please help improve my images
-
As others said, not appealing as a typical landscape image. BUT, I think the first one with the face included should be title "Tree Selfie" and I think that works for an interest shot.
-
Verma, if your intent was to show the texture of the bark, then those images appear to be at least two stops underexposed. If your intention was to depict the silhouettes of the trees, you've succeeded. The previous comments regarding black areas and compositional balance are valid, IMO.

Thanks a ton guys...I will help me improve

I try to make similar photos from time to time. The same trees grow a lot in the area around the city, so I have an idea of the scene. (Where is it, btw?) But I found there're a hard subject.
I think the first one "with the sky" would benefit if there would be something in the sky! Imagine the same picture with some clouds. Much more interesting.
The 2nd might gain something with softer light, maybe. Others commented on the deep shadows. Some clouds would be nice here, too, for me.
Somehow this is also a matter of taste, maybe you like the (good) gradient in the sky a lot, I'd rather prefer something with clouds.
