The forecast calls for lows in the 20's (F) Friday, far too frigid for my carnivorous plants, which are now in a safe location for their winter dormancy period. Although passed their prime, I had to stop and photograph three of them simply as a reminder of how interesting they are. I hope you will agree.

I like all 3 but the 3rd looks very nasty, wouldn't want to visit that one out in the woods.

I don't believe most pitcher plants eat anything as big as a photographer.
But Bob may be raising some giant mutant varieties, so watch out! ;)

#2 looks like they are all talking to each other at the same time!!! :o ;D ....and is beautiful as well!!

Thanks framah. I appreciate your comment on the lighting. It took quite a number of attempts to get it together. I'm glad it worked.
