Ice fog makes for interesting light, as well as coating everything with ice.

Very nice. One of my favorite phenomena to photograph too!
The bottom one has a pretty tilted horizon. Intentional?

I think that's because of the slope of the ground there.
The trees are almost perfectly vertical.

Really beautiful light, particularly the third. Where were these taken?

Correct about the slope of the ground.
These were taken around Lake Cascade, in Idaho. Same area as these.

ice from this year? #3 is great, the others also good.

The first three were shot in February. The last two were shot a couple of weeks ago. Pretty area. I'm just walking around, getting whatever shots I can find. Experimenting with the 100-400mm GM Sony. Very nice lens! The last two shots were with this lens.
