Title: Sunsets at Badlands NP
Post by: scotto on October 27, 2017, 08:38:57 pm
Hello,

In late August, I camped several days at Badlands NP. The days were fairly hot, but the evenings were exceptionally pleasant. Here are a few of the sunset images from that visit. We're on the receiving end of our first snow here in the Twin Cities, so processing warm sunsets is a nice diversion.  ;D

Another vote for the last one. And my second-place choice is the first.

Thanks for the comments. Tough for me to pick favorites since they're mine.  :P

I didn't really have any expectations, but I sort of felt that #4 would be the one most found attractive.

On the day of #4, I spent the late afternoon and evening driving west from the east end of the park. That cloud formation dominated its portion of the sky during that time, and I have several images that include it. It was interesting to watch how it changed.
