It's removed from reality just enough to force the viewer to interpret. I like it a lot.

It looks like a mirrored image that was manipulated a bit so as not to look like one.  Very nice.

Thanks for the feedback, folks! It represented new ground for me, both in terms of rendering and aesthetics.
I would be happy to send the full size jpeg to anyone wanting it (sans border). This obviates the need to obtain the vanity of cold hard cash and with it, any commensurate validation!
