Kevin Gallagher in Connecticut and Russ Lewis in Florida. Great gentlemen, great hospitality! You can see the corner of Russ' paradize backyard, a subject of many of his landscape shots as of recently.
Anyone passing through Northern Indiana or Chicago is welcome for a drink (regardless of political preferences ;) )
Ah, almost forgot: the first shot with a Leica M10 and Noctilux 50/0.95 (!), the second an iPhone selfie

Just last Monday my wife and I had a lovely lunch visit with a LuLa friend from across the pond, Jeremy "Kikashi" Roussak and his wife Deb who were visiting Boston.
So, Slobodan, if you make your way to this neck of the woods some time, I'd love to get together with you. I promise: No politics!
Eric
P.S. I'm jealous of Russ. He's a few years older than me, but he still has more hair than I do.

Great to see these photos, Slobodan.
Eric, why no politics? All life is politics. The longest thread on LuLa is on politics. No doubt many minds and hearts have been moved by the cogent arguments and analysis provided therein. :-)

Good stuff! :-)

Thanks for posting, it's great to see the faces behind the names as well as the big smiles :D

Ah, crock hunting in Florida, i see?

All of my photographer friends are either far left or far right. I'd rather discuss photography than politics with them. ;)

Except for me, Eric. I'm right in the middle. People to the left of me or to the right of me are the deplorables.

Very happy to see this! Great opportunities for red rock shooting up here in northern Arizona, too!

Hi Slobodan!! It was so good to finally meet you in person. I see the guys in that camera store at least once a week and they always ask me to say "Hello" for them so here it is!! BTW, I just picked up some "equipment" of another type. I'll send you an email on it, don't want any static here ;)

Then you must agree completely with my views on everything! ;D

You guys can't be right in the middle, since *I* am.
Slobodan - nice to see these pics. Next time I'm in Naperville I'll ring you up for some architecture photography :)

Well, I'm an avowed socialist - I believe in fairness & sharing stuff. Radical, eh? But even if you're wrong about politics :-) I'm more than happy to guide any of you over the south west of Britain; Dartmoor, Exmoor, Sedgemoor, Bodmin Moor, our better-than-anywhere-else coastline, and so on. As long as you get your round in.

I've never personally met any of the posters on LL, as far as I know.
Just in case anyone is not sure what I look like, I've attached the following image of myself taken about a year ago on the north island of New Zealand, at a place called Russell, which is sometimes known as the 'Hell Hole of the South Pacific'. ;)
For those of you interested in 'gear', I've got a Nikon D810 with Nikkor 14-24 lens around my neck. ;)
Oops! I forgot to make the horizon horizontal. ;)

And a very enjoyable lunch it was too! In the event of anyone I "know" from Lula ever visiting Manchester (perhaps if you're tired of sunshine), please get in touch.

One day I intend making the pilgrimage to Old Trafford CG.

And I'd be delighted to meet you, Rajan. It's only a few miles away.
