This is Bad Branch Falls located in northern Georgia. I had a great day for shooting although at this particular moment the light was a tad harsh. Critiques welcome!

Russ will be outraged, but I would suggest cropping it probably to approximately a square. I find the textured rock wall at the right tantalizing, but it distracts a bit from the waterfall itself, which is the main attraction. I would keep in the two minor dripping areas but exclude the green leaves to the far right.

Fair point, and I actually have that composition as well although I haven't processed it yet. Thanks!

Yes.
But the concrete wall is interesting. The water crosses it at right angles. I might explore a close up of the crossing point between the water and the joint.

Thank you gentlemen! I've attached a couple more images from here to give you a perspective of the area around this waterfall. I've been here a lot over the years and I'm always looking for a way to show the waterfall itself, or the unique rock formations surrounding it.

I agree the last is the best. Interestingly, it's close to Eric's first suggestion of a square crop, with enough but not too much of the wall's leading line into the fall.

Thank you everyone, and yes Jeremy that is quite correct it is very close to that crop. I actually shot that a couple of years ago as I recall. I've shot this waterfall many times in varying conditions, the last one is probably one of my favorite images from there.
