Title: Some Praise for Shades of Paper and Epson
Post by: pearlstreet on April 14, 2017, 03:33:00 pm
I wanted to tell of two positive experiences I have had lately. I called Shades of Paper today on good Friday! They took my order to Fed EX to make sure I would get it first thing next week. That is great customer service!

I wasn't able to print for several weeks due to some broken ribs that made it hard to breathe, much less work. Turned on my Epson SC800 and it cranked out a perfect print. No clog.

Nice to have good news to share.

Sharon

So sorry to hear of your ordeal. The really good news is that you now feel well enough to get back to printing!! Best wishes for a complete recovery Sharon.

Let me echo what Mark said, and say that I hope you get as much satisfaction out of your SCP800 as I have been getting from mine.
