Well seen! With a layer of fresh paint, the owner could ask a pretty amount of money.

Fascinating.

Over here we would call them "paint and paper specials."

Maybe if to remove snow it will be another story, but by fact who will want lo live there :) I don’t think the best idea is to purchase house and land in such a place because what will be for? I mean logic. For example, I’m surfing for 2 years to purchase land property and make business there by constructing residential houses and blocks. By all-time best options I see is India, because Bhoomi (https://hrex.org/bhoomi-rtc-karnataka) provided me full information regarding land, prices and documents for me to start building sites. It’s not that expensive, their construction rules are very diplomatic. I want to bring German quality there for simple affordable houses. Did you know how many people want to live there from Europe, USA, Canada? - a lot!
