Title: Exporting LR Images as Layers

Hello,
I have, suddenly, run into a problem with exporting images from LR to PS 5 as layers. I can do so with previous images. already loaded but any new images wont transfer. I get the message that I might need PS Camera Raw plug in 9.8 but even after downloading this Plug In I get the same message!
Can someone advise?

Photoshop 5.0 or CS5?

What version of Camera raw is installed in Photoshop......
