The time has come to dispose of my Epson 4900 printer. Whilst I have it for sometime it has only had light use.
After being away for 5 weeks I returned to find the orange and green channels completely missing. I have tried numerous cleans and recharges with out any improvement.
I did post in the printing section and Jon Cone suggests that it is an ideal printer to convert to piezography inks for Black and White. http://piezography.com/choose-piezography-printers
I am open to offers but it is buyer collects form South Buckinghamshire, UK.
There was one small space in the light magenta today when I did a nozzle check (almost sure this would clear after a clean).
