Bought this from a studio that barely used it - and we used it maybe 1-2 in studio before we made decision to start moving to Profoto Pro system, so time to parse it.
The unit looks and acts as new - as in you could probably sell it as new or refurb it's that clean. Bulbs, dome, casing, cables, connectors are clean and in great shape. Everything powers up and fires away. One connector has a "Fan" label we put on it to indicate which of the two connectors powers the fan.
The Acute2/D4 Twin can of course be used with a single Acute2 1200 or 2400ws, D4 pack, any two of those packs at the same time for more power/faster duration, or on two AcuteB packs (there's no modelling light of course) to up battery life and improve flash duration. Either tube can also be used solo as a backup or second head in any of the above packs. The smaller U-shaped flash tubes, even when used solo (e.g. only on side plugged in) give a faster duration than the normal 'circular' Profoto Acute2/D4 or AcuteB heads.
Do note there is no Magnum reflector included as would be new, but since Twins are normally sold new with a Magnum, the price reflects that.
Includes head, protective cap. No box.
