Here's 3 shots from a sunrise a few weeks ago, it was quite spectacular.
All with Sony A7R2

The third is more spectacular than the first two. The sky, rocks, colour and clouds all work together in a dynamic composition.

It's a fine series, but Terry is right. The third is the real winner.

Good series. #1 has some halos around the rocks?
-
Wow, #3 is a zinger, and I like that I had to scroll down to reveal it in all its glory.
-
Yup, #3 is the winner for me too.
#2 is a good example of what I see "wrong" with many landscape sunset pics - the sunset (where all the nice colours are) is a small thing in the middle of the picture and around it is, well, bland/boring.

Sure, but doesn't the bland heighten the colours of the sunset?
Nice set!

Nothing bland/boring about #2. Central, yes, but not bland.

I'm also voting for #3 but the other two shots are far from bad or boring.

If it does then why does everyone like #3 more than #2?
