A bitterly cold morning with the temps in the teens. And though it was cold, the quality of the air, the feel of the high places, just made it worth the price in pain. I watched as the sun swept in from the east and touched the mountains. I watched the shadows bend and ebb away as the morning rays touched the clouds. One couldn't ask for more...winter summit.

You could be collecting material for a book, perhaps to be called "The Agony of the Winter Photographer." ;)

Superb, yes. One nitpick: the trees in the lower right seem to have a rather odd halo effect.

wonderful. perfect use of PP (and/or filters for that sky....) and superb composition.
To prepare in 4k resolution and to see with the OLED blacks.
