Whilst out in Glen Affric in Scotland in the Autumn, we found this lovely cascade under a road bridge - who says you have to go far from the road to get a image; this was under the road :-)

Good scene, well seen. I wonder if a shorter exposure, retaining some detail in the water while not freezing it, might not have been preferable.

I did try a few shots with different shutter speeds, but this was the one that worked best for me; putting more detail in the water distracted from the rest of the scene (IMHO)

I like this a lot. The dark rock sets the leaves off really well. I also thought more detail in the water would be nice but this works well.

Very niceā¦ For me it's more of a graphic shot than a landscape/nature shot (not meant as a critic).
