I really like the contrast and detail in #2.

These are both really nice but IMO #2 is spectacular.  I like the light, the contrast, the detail and the simple complexity.

Agree that the second one is stunning. Reminds me of a pen and ink I have of a Torrey Pine from a fellow named Matt. It's one of my most prized works of art.

Yes that tree shot is great! The first just doesn't grab me like that.

I agree with everyone else.
#2 is masterful.
And I'm not in the least bit biased just because I'm a confessed tree hugger.

OK - not (just) to be contrary, I much prefer the simplicity of #1. The other just doesn't work for me, although as so often, I'm in the minority.

Too much kind!  Only a wonderful Sophora Japonica, a decent ultra-wide (its distorsion here is not so evident and disturbing), and the usual things in PP we all know and use. Thank you much,
