Title: Fuji X-T2 Firmware 1.10

Applied last night no issues.

The added knob/button lock out feature seems odd. So, it locks the settings when enabled, but if I change a knob to a different setting it will not register.. so now I cannot look at my dial and see what my setting is? This seems dangerous and counter to the entire premise of the X Camera. Saw an article going around about an Italian photog that was asking for this on the X Pro, because he was always inadvertently changing setting getting his camera out of the bag. Isn't the handling of your camera part of the craft of photography? Seems the effort could have been put to better use, IMO.

The update went well for me.  After reading about the new LOCK feature and the fact that you can turn it on with  Fn button but not turn it off with one it seemed too clumsy a solution for me.  There are likely those who will rejoice at this feature though.

To your other point I can only say that many photographers just like to gripe online.  ;D

New firmware 2.0 to be available soon. Some things are genuinely appealing.

Supposed to be out at the end of March.  Lots of new features listed over on mirrorless rumors.  Fuji is finally giving a true timer to the X-T2 and X-pro2, up to 15 minutes in T mode, which is a great addition. Hope they eventually add it to the GFX also.
