Title: XT-1 Menu Question: AutoFocus Setting
Post by: uintaangler on October 30, 2016, 12:03:56 am
I can't get into AF Mode to change from MultiFocus to Area?
Any suggestions to help me figure out what I need to change to enable me to get into that adjustment?
Thanks.

If you mean moving between single point, zone and wide/tracking here are 3 ways.
Hold down the Q button until the menu opens and assign one of the quick menu buttons to "AF MODE" after pressing the menu button.
Hold down the Disp Back button and assign on of the FN buttons to AF MODE.
Press the Menu button and go to 1_Autofocus setting_ AF Mode.

Let me add to that: if you have the main AF switch on Manual, then you are stuck with just the single-point focusing.

Figured it out, the reason I couldn't move to the AF Setting is because I needed to flip the collar on my lens from MF to AF  :-[

That has tripped up every Fuji shooter, usually more than once....
