Title: Matching colors from Photoshop to use in Lightroom
Post by: stephenjennings on October 21, 2016, 07:47:53 pm
I often use Color Fill layers in Photoshop, but I'm trying to get similar results in LR and can't quite figure out how to match the color.  For example, I can create a Fill layer using RGB, LAB, or HSB numbers, but how do I apply these in Split Toning in LR?  Is this even the right place to do it?  Suggestions?

As I’m sure you know, Lightroom doesn’t have layers. The closest thing is the adjustment brush (Graduated Filter / Radial Filter act similarly) which lets you apply an effect (a bit similar to a layer) over the image. At the bottom of the brush panel you can add a colour effect, and specify the Hue and Saturation values of the colour in the popup window. That’s probably the closest thing I’ve seen to what your looking for in Lightroom.
