Delightful!
But I do wonder just how you are supposed to stop a cow from crossing whenever she feels like it. ;)
I have a photo through my windshield while in Italy, waiting for a single cow to finish crossing. My photo isn't as good as this one.

I stopped the car, expecting a single cow to make the crossing, Instead, there must have been over a hundred of them!
So Irish, though.

I suppose they are required to keep crossing at least until the sign is taken down. ;)

I resent this authoritarian attitude of restricting cows from having the freedom to cross when and where they choose.
It is like those anarchists we have in the US. Every time I drive past a site where there is stuff being built, there is a protest sign "End Construction". NO! I want the construction to continue until the project is completed!

Well it's very civilized of them to put up a sign.
In Wyoming it's every horse (and driver) for himself.

This is my niece and my brother-in-law getting the last few stragglers out of the road. They regularly move 300 cattle down the road (not just across) when they are rotating pastures. If you get stuck behind them in the car, it is a long wait. Then you get to drive through a lot of cow pooh.
