Title: Exhibition Canvas prints in roll crushed/ creased in shipping. any suggestions?

I have two large canvas prints on Epson Exhibition Matte Canvas a hipped in a roll. On arrival, I got an email that

"So the package was dropped behind the gate where it got crushed when the gate opened. It didn't puncture them but the ding is consistent across both prints. "

If the surface isn't damages, should the canvas stretch okay?

Any experience

It all depended upon the damage...

If they have been coated with liquid-laminate, they may be fine, but in any case may still need someone to stretch them to find out.
