Sunsets.

IMO a good sunset scene needs a good foreground to complement the sky. #1 lacks a foreground #2 has a good one and #3 not enough? #2 I like and is a fine image but the other two not so much.

It's certainly a matter of personal taste.
My choices are different from Stamper's (for the first time in my recollection).
My first choice is #1, since I am a fan of clouds and abstracts. This is the most abstract of the three.
My next choice is #3, which also has good clouds, and the foreground doesn't interfere too much. ;)
As a sunset, #2 seems the weakest to me.
That being said, I'll still buy each of you a beer if I ever get to meet you in person!

Nice but I agree a compelling foreground make a better sunset pic in most cases.
